Stephanie Kuhlman Named to the 2026 NAI Global Leadership Board
Toledo, Ohio – March 23, 2026: NAI Global, one of the world’s leading commercial real estate brokerage firms, today announced that Stephanie Kuhlman, President/Principal of the NAI Harmon Group has been named to its 2026 Leadership Board. The Leadership Board provides strategic guidance to strengthen profitability, professionalism, technical expertise, integrity, and standards of practice across the organization. It advances initiatives, education, and communication that deepen collaboration and enhance the performance and engagement of NAI Global offices and professionals worldwide.

Prior to being named President of NAI Harmon Group in 2025, Stephanie led the Real Estate & Development team and focused on large commercial and industrial development projects in multiple states. Stephanie started her real estate career in 1990 with Cavalear Realty Company, she then joined Danberry Realtors in 1992, later moving to Danberry’s Commercial division. Stephanie joined the newly created Industrial Developers, now known as the NAI Harmon Group, in 2012, bringing a background in sales, marketing, and real estate investment. The NAI Harmon Group, together with sister company Spartan Logistics and its general contracting firm, Logan Creek, serves clients in 14 states.
