Stephanie Kuhlman NAI Global Top Producer
Toledo, Ohio – 3/14/2024 – NAI Global, a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced that Stephanie Kuhlman, Principal and Vice President of Real Estate & Development, NAI Harmon Group was recognized in its annual recognition program as a top producer for the organization. The award honors individuals who are handling the highest volume of multimarket business within NAI.

Stephanie started her real estate career in 1990 with the former Cavalear Realty Company. In 1992, she joined Danberry Realtors specializing in residential new construction and development, later moving to Danberry’s Commercial division. In 2012 she joined the newly created Industrial Developers LTD, now known as the NAI Harmon Group. Here she has been involved with the development of several large multi-use developments in several states. In 2022 Stephanie was named Vice President – Real Estate & Development and was named a partner in the NAI Harmon Group. She consistently achieves the Ohio President’s Sales Club award at the highest level, The Pinnacle of Performance, for sales and leasing transactions. Stephanie served as President of the Northwest Ohio Realtors in 2023 and is active at the state level with Ohio Realtors.
