Background & Experience
Kathleen Walczak has been involved in real estate and property management for over twenty years. She began her career as a Real Estate Appraiser and over the following years served as Leasing Manager, Community Association Manager, and most recently as Operations Manager for a large construction and maintenance firm with yearly revenue of $3.5 million.
Throughout her career, Kathleen has excelled in all aspects of property management including day-to-day operations, building maintenance and capital improvements, financial management, contract negotiation and compliance, risk management, and lease administration. Her strong suit is the ability to consistently improve properties and their fiscal position while meeting budget expectations. She strives to develop strong working relationships with investors, owners, and vendors. Kathleen’s attention to detail, her ability to skillfully deal with adversity while maintaining focus, and her ability to uphold a high standard of operational efficiency and customer service are what allow her to succeed in the property management field. She is currently a candidate for the CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management and has recently obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License in the state of Ohio.
