Background & Experience

Mark Baringer is one of Northwest Ohio’s most experienced industrial brokers. With over 40 years in commercial and investment real estate and more than 6,000,000 SF of industrial transactions closed in the last five years alone. In his role with NAI Harmon Group in Toledo, he has led some of the region’s largest and highest-profile industrial deals. Just three of those transactions totaled over $110 million.

Mark’s practice also covers investment sales in office, retail, multifamily, and single-tenant NNN, including 1031 exchanges and corporate sale-leasebacks. Clients include REITs, corporations, lending institutions, and regional and national investors.
Before brokerage, Mark spent nine years in the appraisal field, including roles with SunTrust Bank in Florida, an MAI appraisal firm in Northwest Ohio, and his own appraisal firm. He serves clients across Toledo and outlying counties, including Defiance, Lima, Napoleon, Archbold, and Findlay.
