Kristen Martineau brings a strong background in customer relationships, sales, and business development to her role as Junior Property Manager at NAI Harmon Group. With more than a decade of experience working directly with clients across industries, including insurance, automotive finance, and marketing, Kristen has built her career around trust, communication, and delivering exceptional service.
Before joining NAI Harmon, Kristen held several leadership and client-facing roles where she specialized in customer retention, financial coordination, and business development. Her experience managing complex transactions, training teams, and building long-term relationships gives her a unique perspective when working with property owners and tenants.
A Northwest Ohio native, Kristen is passionate about supporting the local community and enjoys being involved in local events and initiatives that bring people together. She believes strong communities are built on meaningful relationships—both professionally and personally—and she brings that same philosophy to her work every day.
Kristen studied Business Management at Owens Community College. Outside of work, she values time with family and believes the strong family values she was raised with are a big part of what drives her work ethic, integrity, and commitment to helping others succeed.
