Background & Experience

Kevin Carr is a Toledo-based commercial real estate professional specializing in industrial and investment properties throughout Toledo and Northwest Ohio. He advises buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of distribution facilities, warehouses, flex space, manufacturing properties, and research and development facilities.
Kevin’s degree in supply chain management provides a strong foundation for evaluating industrial real estate. His understanding of logistics, distribution, manufacturing operations, transportation access, and facility requirements helps clients identify properties that support their operational and investment goals.
Before entering commercial real estate, Kevin spent eight years as part-owner and vice president of sales for a Toledo-based facility cleaning and packaging supply company. After successfully selling the business, he transitioned into commercial real estate, bringing experience in business ownership, sales leadership, and real estate investing to every client relationship.
Kevin also has experience assisting commercial real estate investors with transactions involving 1031 exchanges. He works alongside clients and their qualified tax and legal professionals to help identify suitable replacement properties and navigate the real estate components of the exchange process. He is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to further strengthen his expertise in financial analysis, market analysis, and commercial real estate investment strategy.
A Toledo native and graduate of St. Francis de Sales High School, Kevin has deep local roots and an extensive professional network throughout the region. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing squash, and visiting national parks across the country.
