Background & Experience

Jason Westendorf is the Director of Brokerage Operations at the NAI Harmon Group, joining the leadership team with 18 years of experience within the Northwest Ohio market. His nearly two decades of experience is a key driver in leading the brokerage’s growth.

Throughout his career, Jason has specialized in office real estate, landlord and tenant representation, corporate services, acquisitions and dispositions, and complex real estate assignments throughout Northwest Ohio. He has represented local, regional, and national organizations in suburban and CBD transactions and has extensive experience advising corporate occupiers, property owners, and investors.

Jason began his commercial real estate career with a regional retail developer, where he worked on land assemblage and development assignments involving The Kroger Company, Rite Aid, Tractor Supply, and other national retailers. He subsequently spent 15 years specializing in office properties before joining NAI Harmon Group’s leadership team.

As Director of Brokerage Operations, Jason works closely with NAI Harmon Group’s brokerage professionals on business development, client strategy, transaction execution, and professional development while continuing to represent clients in the market actively. Jason holds the prestigious SIOR designation and is a past President of Northwest Ohio REALTORS®. He was named NWOR REALTOR® of the Year in 2021 and is a Life Member of the Ohio REALTORS® President’s Sales Club.
