Background & Experience
Erik Lassiter is an accomplished senior property management leader, with more than 25 years of experience overseeing commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use real estate portfolios. Erik is recognized for his expertise in financial performance, sustainability, and operational excellence, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results for owners, tenants, and stakeholders while developing high-performing teams across the real estate industry. Currently, Erik serves as the Director of Property Management with NAI Harmon Group, where he oversees operations across a multi-state portfolio spanning 14 states. In this role, he directs property performance, tenant relations, budgeting, and vendor management while ensuring consistent service delivery and compliance across a diverse and expanding portfolio. A dual-licensed real estate professional in Ohio and Michigan, Erik also holds multiple industry designations, including:
- Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM®) – IREM
- Facility Management Professional (FMP®) and Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP®) – IFMA
