Background & Experience

Dallas Paul has more than 45 years of experience in commercial real estate, development, site selection, and corporate expansion. His career includes leadership roles and involvement in major mixed-use, office, industrial, warehouse, retail, hotel, and entertainment developments throughout Northwest Ohio.
As senior vice president of Dillin Corp., Dallas was instrumental in creating a joint venture between Dillin Development and Hill Partners. Working closely with Hill Partners to facilitate the leasing process, he played a key role in launching Levis Commons Town Center in Perrysburg, Ohio. Dallas also spearheaded hotel and entertainment district projects at Levis Commons valued at more than $50 million.
As director of real estate for The Andersons, Dallas helped pioneer the development of Arrowhead Park in Maumee, Ohio. Today, the business park encompasses more than 4 million square feet of office and warehouse space and supports more than 15,000 jobs. He also helped expand The Andersons’ 160,000-square-foot general store concept into the Columbus and Dayton markets, as well as additional locations in the Toledo area.
Dallas joined Industrial Developers Ltd./NAI Harmon Group in 2013 as a principal and principal broker. Today, he focuses on major mixed-use developments and commercial real estate projects throughout Northwest Ohio, including Findlay and Toledo.
Dallas also brings experience representing international companies entering the U.S. market. Most recently, he represented Portugal-based Intraplas in securing the company’s first U.S. production facility in Van Wert, Ohio. The transaction closed in June 2024 and marked a significant milestone in the company’s international expansion.
Throughout his career, Dallas has been involved in commercial real estate and development transactions totaling more than $300 million.
