NAI Harmon Group Announces New Leadership

Toledo, Ohio – 4/4/2022 – Toledo real estate brokerage and property management firm NAI Harmon Group has a new president, and his name is very familiar. NAI Harmon announced today that Steve Harmon has assumed the presidency of the real estate company, effective immediately. Harmon founded the family-owned company along with his father Ed Harmon and brother Jim Howell in 2013 as a platform to bring a wide range of real estate services to the Northwest Ohio region and added a national affiliation with NAI Global in 2016 to elevate brand recognition worldwide and build synergies throughout the organizations.
In his role, Steve Harmon focuses on delivering solutions that leverage the company’s robust global presence. He will also focus on relationships to foster growth opportunities and tactical successes that deliver value for clients, opportunities for commercial agents and brokers, and investment opportunities for valued partners. This includes ensuring the NAI brand recruits and retains the highest quality real estate agents and team members across the region.
Steve Harmon has most recently served the company as CFO. He is also the former President of Spartan Logistics, NAI Harmon’s affiliated business service company. With a long track record of executive leadership, Steve will take the lead at NAI Harmon to ensure growth and support the strategic vision. In order to best support Harmon’s strategic vision to be the most ethical, experienced, and productive real estate company in the region, the company also announced a new leadership structure, including three new appointments to the executive team.
Stephanie Kuhlman has been appointed to Vice President of Real Estate & Development. Stephanie started her real estate career in 1990 with the former Cavalear Realty Company. In 1992, Stephanie joined Danberry Realtors where she specialized in residential new construction and development and later moved to Danberry’s Commercial division. Stephanie was asked to join the newly created Industrial Developers LTD, now known as the NAI Harmon Group, in 2013 and brings with her a background in sales, marketing, and real estate development experience. Stephanie also serves as the Vice President of the Northwest Ohio Realtors.
Bailey Singer has been appointed to Director of Finance. Bailey obtained her BSBA from The Ohio State University in 2017, where she specialized in real estate and urban analysis. She then started with a local real estate company in Columbus, OH as a property manager and leasing agent. Bailey has now been working with the Harmon Group for four years in their finance department, and her diverse background in the real estate industry brings a comprehensive perspective to our team.
Kathleen Walczak will assume the role of Director of Property Management. Kathleen has been in the real estate and property management fields for over twenty years and includes residential, multi-family, affordable, condominiums, and commercial property. Throughout her career, Kathleen has excelled in all aspects of property management including day-to-day operations, building maintenance and capital improvements, financial management, contract negotiation and compliance, risk management, and lease administration. Kathleen’s attention to detail, her ability to skillfully deal with adversity while maintaining focus, and her ability to uphold a high standard of operational efficiency and customer service are what allow her to succeed in the property management field.
