NAI Harmon Announces Significant Closing Positively Impacting the Residents of Toledo
Toledo, Ohio – 5/10/2023 – NAI Harmon Group’s Joshua Payzant, Director of Business Development, and Stephanie Kuhlman, Vice President of Real Estate and Development, announced a major real estate transaction on Friday, April 29th. The team brought the City of Toledo to a client, closing a $3.78 million transaction on a 135-acre parcel in Oregon, Ohio. The site will be the future home of the City of Toledo Water Back-up Reservoir.
Josh Payzant stated, “This was a big win for the city of Toledo and its surrounding residents. While the reservoir will not be built for another five years or more, this is a great acquisition for the City of Toledo. The City is also allowing my client to continue to farm the ground until they begin construction. This is a win-win situation for all.”
“The alternate water source is a critical project for our region that will create redundancy in our water system,” stated Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz. “The Harmon Group is a leader in moving our community forward, and so it comes as no surprise that they were willing to step up and facilitate the transfer of the property for this crucial project.”
