NAI Harmon Group Facilitates Strategic Industrial Acquisition in Fort Smith, Arkansas
Toledo, OH; May 6, 2026 — NAI Harmon Group is pleased to announce its role in assisting Harmon Development in the acquisition of a 327,000 SF multi-tenant industrial facility located at 4601 Newlon Road in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This marks the 4th property purchased in Fort Smith by the Harmon Development Group of Toledo, Ohio, with a total ownership of 1,712,000 square feet in this market.
This acquisition also supports the continued growth of Spartan Logistics’ customer base in the Fort Smith region. The facility will be Harmon-owned and Spartan-operated. The facility will undergo modernization and upgrades led by the general contractor, Logan Creek Construction, placing the warehouse is a position to be a food-grade industrial hub capable of serving multiple tenants. Full operations are anticipated by 2027.

Spartan Logistics will operate the majority of the warehouse facility for an existing client, who is a global paper and packaging manufacturer. “Fort Smith continues to be a key market for our customers, and this facility allows us to deliver the level of operational efficiency they expect from Spartan Logistics,” said Josh Ledford, President of Spartan Logistics. “We’re excited to expand our presence with a solution that supports both long-term partnerships and new growth opportunities.”
Local market execution was supported by Fort Smith-based broker Bob Cooper, who served as the boots on the ground throughout the transaction. Arvest Bank provided acquisition financing.
