Nichole Magnone is a senior finance and accounting leader with over a decade of experience guiding organizations through complex financial operations and growth. She spent more than 10 years at Northern Manufacturing, where she served as Controller and developed deep expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis, payroll, budgeting, internal controls, and tax compliance.
Nichole currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer at NAI Harmon, where she oversees the accounting functions for multiple companies across the NAI Harmon family of businesses. In this role, she provides strategic leadership, operational guidance, and hands-on support to accounting teams while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across diverse industries.
