Background & Experience
Raised on the northern coast of California, Niekoma began working for His Tribe. Here he rose through the ranks very quickly at a young age; eventually landing in the Facilities Director position. In this position for 11 years he gained extensive experience in the fields of Facilities management, Preventative Maintenance, New Construction Project Management, and Grounds maintenance. Niekoma oversaw the construction and eventually assumed maintenance responsibilities of four multi-million-dollar facilities including a Tribal Community Center, Tribal Recreation Center, Family entertainment Center and a complete remodel of our tribal gaming facilities. He takes great pride in his communication abilities which assist in coordinating vendors that need to be sourced to complete projects. Niekoma is also detail oriented and gives 110% to each project assigned.
